- Encourage ANWR and Gulf drilling/exploration operations
- Alleviate restrictions on coal usage/mining with appropriate pollution standards

- Repeal No Child Left Behind
- Mandate federal school choice
3) War on Terror
- Begin process of withdrawal from current context in Iraq
- Reconcentrate resources on identifying and eliminating sources of global terror
- Improve internal security procedures with emphasis on increased port cargo screening and enforcement
- Make Patriot Act permanent
4) Tax Relief
- Eliminate the IRS and regressive tax system by moving the FairTax into law
- Permanently repeal the death tax
5) Immigration
Eliminate amnesty
Improve/enhance border security
Enact legislation to deport ANY illegals caught, whether convicted of an offense or not, barring parent-illegal/child legal situations, to be evaluated
Zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal immigration, make use of Patriot Act

Encourage better incentivization for small business development, notably in economically disadvantaged communities
Begin process of applying investment choice opportunities to Social Security
End product liability lawsuits against food, firearms, tobacco and alcohol manufacturers except in cases of extreme dishonesty or flagrant negligence
7) Trade/Globilization
Eliminate DR-CAFTA
Don’t make the mistake of allowing UN/WTO supranational organizations authority over traditionally internal American business concerns, primarily agricultural in scope
Enact legislation guaranteeing US sovereignty over organizations like the UN or World Court
Eliminate Security and Prosperity Partnership
Eliminate NAFTA
Don’t allow potentially oppositional governmental/business concerns outside the US gain access to sovereign/private areas
Tie trade privileges with PRC China to improvement in human rights record
Repeal PNTR
8) Budget
Institution of FairTax as law would reduce federal bureaucracies in multiple areas through attrition and expendability
Mandate increased oversight of federal spending programs and congressional budgetary expenditures, notably earmarks
9) Legal/Tort Reform
Relieve vendors like food suppliers and gun manufacturers from threats of user-induced lawsuits.
Protect doctors and hospitals from frivilous lawsuits that significantly increase medical costs for all of us
10) Veterans Care
Eliminate federal income taxes for current and/or former active duty soldiers with combat service records.
Drastically improve veterans medical care offered throug the VA
